  34. For QUICK installation on a hard disk system, place the LivingTrustBuilder
  35. disk in Drive "A" and enter the command:  A:INSTALL C:  A:  This will
  36. create an LTB subdirectory on your "C" hard disk and copy the appropriate
  37. files from drive "A" into it.  See the installation instructions in your
  38. LivingTrustBuilder manual for more information.

  56. The LivingTrustBuilder trust agreements and abstracts for married persons
  57. contain several references to "community property."  For couples residing
  58. in community property states, these provisions are essential.  For those
  59. residing in non-community property states, the provisions are harmless.
  60. In effect, the trust is administered in non-community property states as
  61. though these references were not there.

  63. It may be to your advantage to retain the references to community property
  64. in your trust documents.  For example, if you move to a community property
  65. state, the presence of these references may minimize or eliminate the need
  66. to revise your living trust documents to conform to the requirements of the
  67. community property state.

  69. In any case, we caution you against deleting the references to community
  70. property from the text of the documents without first consulting an estate
  71. planning attorney in your state.

  181. safe keeping.  Then, install LivingTrustBuilder on your hard disk from your
  182. back-up copy.  As you develop your living trust, you'll be altering the
